Service was great. Food was great. Location is great. The spicy chicken ramen certainly opened my sinuses. It was very tasty but the star was the egg that I added - tasty and jammy. Really great. The crispy rice with spicy tuna was definitely awesome. Never had anything like it before. Really enjoyed the meal. In fact, all of us did. Don't forget you get 90 minutes parking for FREE in the garages. Plenty of time for a bowl!

Ramen shops are everywhere, but those with both excellent fried dishes and ramen are rare. JINYA Bun: Many ramen shops now offer this popular appetizer, similar to Taiwanese gua bao. The braised meat paired with lettuce and cucumber slices, drizzled with mayonnaise, provides a delightful texture and taste. JINYA Tonkotsu Black: They use thin noodles that have a bouncy and firm texture. The meat has a perfect lean-to-fat ratio and slice thickness, and it's well-braised. It goes very well with the ten-hour simmered broth. I absolutely dislike ramen broth that is so salty it feels like it will make me need dialysis (such as the one at Santouka inside the Japanese Mitsuwa supermarket), but this one is not. The flavor is actually very rich and smooth, and I drink all of the soup. By the way, if you inform the server that you don't eat spicy ramen, they will serve the spicy sauce separately on the side. Seasoned Egg: It's a whole egg marinated for over 48 hours. When bitten into, the semi-solid yolk slowly flows out, which is unique compared to other ramen shops. Crispy Chicken: Made with chicken thigh meat, it's both crispy and tender. Eating it with the lettuce dipped in yuzu sauce is not only delicious but also helps reduce the greasy feeling. Panna cotta: With caramel, cookie crumble, and vanilla ice cream, this is a decent after-dinner treat, though it doesn't quite wow me. The interior decoration and ambiance are much more elegant than typical ramen shops. The prices are reasonable. They offer Happy Hour discounts on buns and fried chicken before 6 PM. I'd like to try other dishes next time.

This place has so many offerings. Their original tonkatsu original ramen. The noodles are okay, more commercial grade produced than other ramen restaurants. The broth is excellent. The service is excellent. They have a beautiful outdoor seating around a gas fireplace. This could be a great date place.

Really great spot for ramen. Came out with a party of 9, they seated us outdoor, the fireplace was on. The Yelp check in offers excellent amount of food that we didn't realize ordering a full meal was plentiful. The ramen had a well balance flavor, really love the bao they served. The bread was soft and moist. Even during the busy dinner hours the service was quick and I felt like they did an excellent job accommodating our large party. Will definitely be back

Came here for the second time and decided to try the Tonkotsu Red at a Spicy Level 4 after being pretty impressed my first visit. Was definitely still impressed after this one! The broth was creamy but not overly heavy which is common with a lot of Tonkotsu, so it struck just the rich balance of richness. All the ingredients tasted quality and the noodles were nice and thick and chewy. The ajitama (ramen egg) was quite good which to me always is a marker of a good ramen place. When it comes to spice level, I was tearing up a bit at level 4 but it wasn't overly spicy--I could've possible done a bit higher but it would have been a bit uncomfortable to drink the soup. If you're really into spice I would say level 4 is a nice base level to try. If you aren't super into spice but want something spicy I would maybe stick with level 2 or lower. Considering spice goes up to level 10 don't get overly zealous! As usual the parking here was pretty easy in the parking structure and didn't have to drive around much to find a spot. The wait was pretty short for a weekday night--only about 15 or so minutes for a party of 2. Service was also just as great this time around; food came out pretty fast! Would definitely be back if I was craving ramen and in the area!

Weirdly the star of the show for me was the tempura brussels sprouts. Just really crispy and light, great flavor. We got the tonkatsu black and the chicken ramen and both had good flavor. They offered free extra noodles, but we didn't need them since we were full anyways. Both had a good rich broth and we thought it was better than the average ramen place we've gone to. The restaurant was clean and nice, very comfortable. Great place to eat if you're in that mall.
